We had change the date of collecting the tees from 27/1/07 to 5/2/07 due to the fact that the shop closes at 4pm on Saturdays. We need some helpers to bring back the tees. Those who wants to go, pls inform Amy/Felix.

NPAP 2007: SUPPORTING MANPOWER NEEDED!

Dear All,

NPCC Annual Parade will commence the first training on 26 Jan 2007 at 1400 hr.

We need supporting manpower to ensure that the training will be smooth and effective; Minimum Effort, Maximum Impact.

Those who are free to help out do drop me an email by Wednesday via melvinseah_84@....

I need 2 or 3 CIs to coordinate the distribution of refreshment to the cadets participants. Do let me know if you are interested as there are 10 or more training prior to the actual parade on the 21 April 2007.

Attire will be P.T Kit.

Further details such as Reporting Officer will be released through email to those who are interested.

POTLUCK OUTING @ WEST COAST PARK ON 20TH JANUARY 2007

Aim: Collect squad tee money
Objective(s): FUN&BOND

Attendance: Amirah, Amy, Azura, Fahmie, Wen Bin, William and Xavier

For those who can't make it in the last minute, especially to those who are sick, TAKE LOTS OF REST!! (:

Waited @ JE Control Station from 3.30 to 4pm.
We left without Amirah as she would be arriving late.
So we took bus 176 to West Coast.
It started raining HEAVILY when we were in bus.
Overshot by one bus-stop as the rain blurred the outside view.
The girls brought umbrella, but not the guys.

Yep, we went in the Mac since it was raining heavily.
Since we are occupying the seats, we ought to get something too.

P.S: Azura, Xavier, Kiat Hong, Sham, Hafizah, Amirah, Wilson, Siew Wen, and Alvin should have receive this email.

Thank you for your interest in helping out in the NPCC Day Parade 2007.

All of you will be helping out in the transportation committee. Basically

below is a brief description of what we'll be doing.

Arrival time:

1) Ensure the buses drop the cadets at the carpark in an orderly manner.

2) Tell the bus drivers what time to fetch the cadets back and where to wait

if they were to reach earlier (NOTE: no waiting or parking are allowed in

HTA carpark)

3) Bus driver can wait or park them at the opposite side of HTA.

4) Some will be usherers to show the cadets where to go or report to

especially on the first day.

5) Must take note which bus or area came 1st. (*Very important)

Leaving time:

1) The first area to come will be the first one to move out.

This part very complicated. I'll brief you all on the actual day itself.

OK..the first training is just next friday, 26 January. Those can make it,

please report at 2pm. However, those who gt classes or will be late, please

come by 4.30pm. Try to be punctual because I'll need to dry run once and

brief you all the roles on 26 Jan itself. I'll need a lot of ppl during the going

home time as all the buses will be coming at the same time. So if your CI

friends are keen to join, just drop me an email.

Please sms or email me if you CAN turn up on 26 January. And please tell

me the time too. For attire wise, I'll revert to you asap.

Job Scope:

You will facilitate the movement of the cadets and the buses to and fro HTA for every training session. On the actual day itself, you are required to do ushering also.

If you are interested, do check out the training schedule attached. Please ensure that you can attend at least 60% of the training sessions. Fill up the nominal roll and send it back to me (icy_hell87@yahoo.com.sg) latest by Tuesday 16 Jan 07.

For those CIs under probation (e.g D06 batch), you can use this event to clock your hours under HQ events.

INSTRUCTIONS TO RELAY SYSTEM:

Step 1: CLICK on the picture to SEE CLEARLY.
Step 2: Look for your name and see what you're supposed to do.
Step 3: Look for those around you, be aware of the surroundings too.
Step 4: Help to inform others of their role (eg, they can't use internet that often, working etc)

Today is the 4th day where relay system is being activated.
For those who know what happened, good for you.
For those who do not know, the relay system was a total failure.

Amy and Felix DID NOT receive any relay back message from the last row of people(please refer to the diagram ABOVE).

And if you do not remember, BELOW is the proof that we actually told how it works and explained the last row of people's job, which is to pass back to felix/ amy in the respective categories.

Besides that, before Amy ends off the email, she specifically typed 'Any questions, please feel free to clarify'.

But none of you did so.

With evidence provided, i'm sure all of you are satisfied with it?
No act of bias, but to clear our stand.
Thrashing session means all the unhappy things are being poured out.

FIRST AIDERS NEEDED FOR NPDP 2007!!

Dear CIs/HIs/HOs,

I'm HO Kenneth, the Head of First Aid sub-committee for the
committee organising the 48th NPCC Annual Parade.

As many of you would have known, the training for NPCC Day Parade
will be starting soon. Training for the parade will be on Fridays
from 26th January to 2nd March, 3pm to 6pm. Followed by trainings on
Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9th March to 28th March, 3pm to 6pm.
Followed by trainings on Saturdays from 31st March to 18th April,
8.30am to 12.30pm.

Throughout the duration and days of all these trainings we will
constantly need to have First Aiders on standby to render First Aid
and carry out evacuation procedures for cadets who require
assistance. I sincerely appeal to all CIs, HIs and HOs who have
First Aid qualifications to render your help to the facilitation of
this parade by contributing your help in the form of your First Aid
expertise to provide medical coverage for the training sessions. We
will be targeting to achieve a team of at least 4-5 First Aiders for
every training session.

Those of you who do have probation criteria to fufill, this is a
very good opportunity to clock those HQ hours for your services
rendered to a major HQ event.
