Thank you for your interest in helping out in the NPCC Day Parade 2007.
All of you will be helping out in the transportation committee. Basically
below is a brief description of what we'll be doing.
Arrival time:
1) Ensure the buses drop the cadets at the carpark in an orderly manner.
2) Tell the bus drivers what time to fetch the cadets back and where to wait
if they were to reach earlier (NOTE: no waiting or parking are allowed in
HTA carpark)
3) Bus driver can wait or park them at the opposite side of HTA.
4) Some will be usherers to show the cadets where to go or report to
especially on the first day.
5) Must take note which bus or area came 1st. (*Very important)
Leaving time:
1) The first area to come will be the first one to move out.
This part very complicated. I'll brief you all on the actual day itself.
OK..the first training is just next friday, 26 January. Those can make it,
please report at 2pm. However, those who gt classes or will be late, please
come by 4.30pm. Try to be punctual because I'll need to dry run once and
brief you all the roles on 26 Jan itself. I'll need a lot of ppl during the going
home time as all the buses will be coming at the same time. So if your CI
friends are keen to join, just drop me an email.
Please sms or email me if you CAN turn up on 26 January. And please tell
me the time too. For attire wise, I'll revert to you asap.

Job Scope:
You will facilitate the movement of the cadets and the buses to and fro HTA for every training session. On the actual day itself, you are required to do ushering also.
If you are interested, do check out the training schedule attached. Please ensure that you can attend at least 60% of the training sessions. Fill up the nominal roll and send it back to me (icy_hell87@
For those CIs under probation (e.g D06 batch), you can use this event to clock your hours under HQ events.
